This policy explains how Joseph Halleran, Sales Representative with Real Broker Ontario Ltd., Brokerage ("we", "us"), collects, uses and protects your personal information on hallerangroup.com, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Information you give us when you sign up: your name, email address and phone number, and what you tell us you are looking for.
- Information about your visit: the area or property you searched for, the ad or link that brought you here, and basic technical details such as your browser type.
- If you sign up with Google, your name and email address from your Google account.

- To give you access to property listings and the details you asked for.
- To contact you about your home search, answer your questions and arrange showings.
- If you have agreed, to send you promotional messages by email, text message and phone. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand which ads and pages are useful, so we can improve them.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:
- Real Broker Ontario Ltd., Brokerage, which oversees our real estate services and keeps records as required by law.
- Service providers that work on our behalf, including Follow Up Boss (our client management system), Cloudflare (website hosting) and Google (if you use Google sign-in). Some of these providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be accessible under the laws of that country.
- Anyone we are required to share it with by law.
Property search takes place on our brokerage's HeyLeo portal (heyleo.com), which is operated by Real and has its own privacy policy.
Cookies
We use a small cookie and your browser's storage to remember that you have signed up, so you do not have to sign up again on the same device. We do not use them to track you on other websites.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections and password-protected systems.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct your personal information, withdraw your consent to messages, or ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep it by law. To unsubscribe, use the link in any email, reply STOP to any text message, or contact us.
